So i realized that I did not even post the sketch here for you girls! Shhesh!! So, here it is.

Sketch #10: Tina

This week's sketch is brought to you my me!! The team did some fabulous work with it and changed it up to fit their page! Love the results!!
We again got to play with the fabulous Gelatins stamps!!

Tina's LO
I loved playing with the Asian garden stamps...so this time i wanted to incorporate an Asian theme. I added paper rolling to the bottom edge, as well as some asian looking dimentional stickers to the top right. The bird and ling grasses are stamped directly on the page using a Sepia toned ink.

Allison's LO:
I kept my sketch fairly simple like Tina's great sketch design. I jazzed it up with some bling and some fun rows of leaf stamps from my Gelatins "Asian Garden" stamps!

i had the alpha stamps, i used them for the "socks" title

I stamped by letters on cereal box and embossed them with clear UTEE.

Natalie's LO
I just stamped the sub title. i have the set oh gosh by golly letters.

Day 1 Tina

Hi girls!! You've heard lots from me already, so I thought I might as well start off the festivities! :)

I'm Tina, a 33 yr old SAHM from New Brunswick, Canada! I am "Mommy" to my 4 children... ages 6-4-2 and 8 months. I am "wife" to my DH of 9 years. Besides scrapping i love photography, camping, cooking, reading... I'm your average, everyday kinda girl... nothing too exciting! :)
I dove into the world of scrapbooking when my DD was only a year old. I had been warned that it was an addiction and that the shopping would get the best of me... but little did i know how true that was! :) Here I am 5 1/2 years later with more supplies than i know what to do with and never enough time to scrap... since i could do it 24/7! :)
This world of scrapping is more than a hobby for me. It is a lifestyle, a mindset, it is an outlet and it is my sanity! (Hence the name of my blog!) It is a way to preserve the feelings and memories of my childrens youth. But it is also a world of creativity for me. I scrap for me. Every woman needs something they do for themself... and this is my thing! I have had the honor of being published in several publications, being on numerous design teams and designing sketches for various places on the WWW.
I'm SO excited to be embarking on this new adventure with Capture TheseSketches! I hope that you will join us! This is going to be ONE AWESOME RIDE!!

Sketch Team Call REVISED

Capture These Sketches is starting it's first ever Sketch Design Team! Are you up for the challenge?
We are a new blog designed to inspire your creativity using sketches! We Have just started up a brand new website too, so come on by and get to know us!! Want to be part of the Sketch team? Here's what we're looking for...

REQUIREMENTS
*Open to US and Canadian citizens only. (Due to shipping)
*We're looking for people who design sketches, either digitally or by hand! We like both!
*You will be required to design 2 projects per month (cards or LO's) based on the sketch of the week as well as use the sponsor product provided! You will be on a 2 week rotation... one week on, one week off... but you're more than welcome to participate on your weeks off!
*You will be required to design one sketch every 10 weeks. (plus optional opportunities)
*We're looking for fun, creative individuals who enjoy inspiring others!
*We are also looking for consistency, dependability and reliability. No previous Design Team experience necessary.
*Be active on the Lets Capture Our Memories website.
*Occasionally post to the Sketches blog. (On a rotation)
*We ask that you have your own blog on which you can link CYS... if you don't have one yet, now's a great time to start!!
