We are thrilled to have Zoe Nemburt joining us on the sketch team for the month of March!! Zoe is a fabulously talented artist and a total blast to hang out with!! Here's Zoe!!


Hi my name is Zoe and I live in the beautiful province of Nova Scotia, Canada, with my husband of 8 years and our 3 children Yasmin 7, Aydin 6, and Ceyda 3, I work for Canada Post by day as a casual letter carrier and scrap obsessively on my days off and evenings, My husband is a Carpenter and he also volunteers for the local Fire Department. I was born in southern England and we all moved here to Canada in 2006 and have never looked back this is our new home and we are proud to be Nova Scotians! I've always enjoyed playing with paper and have dabbled in scrapbooking for many years however in February of 2008 I got bitten by the scrapping bug and have never looked back, I am now proud to call myself a scrap-a-holic. I am so excited to have been invited as a guest designer this month. Thanks so much Tina and Tanya, you really made my day! :)

Since we have been blessed to have Magenta as our sponsor, we decided to add a challenge to our sketches for the month as well! Magenta is a color... so each sketch is going to have a color challenge for you to use with it!! Sounds like fun, doesn't it!!??

Sketch # 27 Color challenge: Use the colors CREAM AND GREEN as predominent colors on this weeks LO. Other colors may be used, but be sure that these 2 are the most obvious!!

I cut flowers out of the vellum paper.
Here I placed a couple of the strips down and spritzed over it. Then removed them to leave this neat pattern.

These flowers were all hand made... the ones in pink are made using the Magenta velum!!
